**The Venue**
Creating a unique and intimate dining experience, two hatted Omakase brings together Chef Yoshii’s 38 years’ experience and a modern, creative take on ingredient combinations. In an intimate 10 seat restaurant housed within Crown Sydney, guests are taken on the omakase experience as their culinary journey comes to life before them.
**The Role**
As a Supervisor, you will be a part of a distinctive front of house set up. This is a standalone, hands-on role that will see you providing a premium service to guests while supporting with day-to-day operations including pre-service set up and post service reporting. Working alongside Chef Yoshii, the back of house team, and reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will support in delivering against the overall operational plan.
- Support with the restaurant’s operational plan
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Omakase and Crown’s premium offering
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholder groups to deliver on outcomes
- Support with reporting, financial reconciliation and escalations as needed
- Support two-way communication with a focus on continuous improvement
**About You**
- Previous supervisorial experience in a premium dining environment
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders and guests
- Ability to maintain standard operating procedures
- Experience in Japanese Cuisine highly advantageous
- Passion for the hospitality industry

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll:
Hold a current RSA certificate.
This role requires:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a customer facing role
Experience within a fast-paced environment
Sound written and verbal communication skills.
