To support our continuous growth and to deliver exceptional service to our clients, we are seeking to appoint a _State Manager_ in New South Wales to work closely with the General Manager and help build and support our expanding group of inspectors.

This role is also critical in working with our wider national inspection teams, to provide feedback and highlight opportunities for continuous improvement to best support our inspectors out in the field.

**Job Description**:
Our State Manager will have a varied role to both lead the team and manage their own client activity, so your day-to-day will see you:
- manage and lead all inspectors statewide i.e. maintaining an overview of your team's daily schedules, fielding calls, problem-solving and providing advice as required
- be a voice for the customer to handle escalations and complaints; providing an exceptional level of service and care
- manage team development including recruiting new inspectors, onboarding and training then reviewing, coaching and providing constructive regular feedback
- conduct weekly Microsoft Teams meetings with our senior leadership team
- assist the sales team with providing quoting inspections where required
**About You**
- have completed Pest Control Certificate with Units 8 & 10 for inspecting and reporting on Termite & Timber Pests (or be willing to complete this)
- have team leadership experience including hiring, training, coaching, and developing an engaged and collaborative team
- demonstrate excellent communication skills with proven customer service experience, able to manage customer service requests to completion
- be able to work autonomously with little supervision, collaborating with remote management teams
- hold a current Drivers Licence and your own transport.
