**The Role**
We are looking for a **Retail Sales Assistant** to join our team.
Permanent Part Time. 3 days per week.
Available to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am - 5pm.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Customer Service**:
Provide an exceptional customer experience in store and by phone, through informed and friendly interactions with our customers, understanding their needs and providing personalised recommendations.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Job sharing and working as part of a team requires clear communications and willing cooperation.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Gain a thorough understanding of our products, the reasons why we focus on natural fibres, and stay informed on all products in our range, communicating the key features clearly to our customers.
- **Problem Solving**:
Assist customers in making the best choice for their home or holiday property, through excellent product knowledge and professionalism.
- **Styling and Merchandising**:
Ensure the presentation of the store and merchandising aligns with our brand and the weekly brief.
- **Stock Control**:
Processing and replenishing stock, keeping stock levels up to date and communicating inventory levels with the warehouse.
- **Store Management**:
Day to day open and close of the business, reconciling sales, preparing reports and banking and ensuring the premises are secure at all times.
