JETSET Pilates, offer a unique and immersive Pilates experience that combines music, modern techniques, and a supportive community atmosphere. Our signature 50-minute choreographed classes are designed to motivate and challenge clients of all skill levels, helping them achieve their fitness goals while fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

**Responsibilities**:
As a JETSET Pilates Instructor, you'll play a vital role in guiding clients safely and effectively through modern Pilates workouts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading 50-minute choreographed classes with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Providing modifications and form corrections as needed to ensure all clients have a safe and fulfilling experience.
- Cultivating a welcoming and engaging community within the studio.
- Upselling clients on packages and memberships to support studio growth.
- Maintaining studio operations, including resetting equipment and stepping in to sub classes when needed.

**Key Performance Indicators**:
We're looking for instructors who consistently deliver high-quality workouts and client experiences, teach a minimum number of classes per week, are engaged in our community, and attend continuing education workshops as required.

**Required Qualifications/Experience**:

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness, Pilates Instructor Certification, or Lagree Instructor Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years in the fitness industry, including experience instructing group exercise classes.
- Current First Aid certification and professional liability insurance.
