Carpenter

**Requirements**:

- Relevant certifications or trade qualifications in carpentry or formwork.
- At least 2-3 years' proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter in the construction industry.
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required and the dimensions of the structures to be built.
- Construct, erect, install, and repair formwork structures for concrete foundations, columns, beams, and walls.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
