**Your new role**:
As a Support Worker you will be:

- Supporting adults with complex mental health, Intellectual disabilities, communication disorders, provide personal care, catheter care, manual handling, restrictive practices, verbal, physical and self aggression, and medication administration
- Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers.
- Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely.
- Promoting choice and control and show willingness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests.
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.

**Some of our requirements**:

- P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster (at least 4 days per week)
- Working with Children's check and NDIS Workers check or willingness to obtain

Please note: successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country/countries will also be required. Please note that the offer will be conditional on meeting these requirements.
