We're looking for a Safety & Sustainability Advisor who is passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with key stakeholders to deliver improved management of significant safety risks, ensuring clear differentiation between high-consequence risks and common injury/claim risks
- Analysis of risks and development of improvement plans in line with DuluxGroup and S&S Strategies
- Coordination of health and hygiene assessments, working with S&S Coordinator - Occupational Health
- Management of regulatory and licensing compliance

**Skills & Experience**
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Project management experience
- Well-developed analytical and root-cause identification skills
- Resilience and adaptability
