Within the La Trobe Rural Health School, we are creating a purpose built Clinical Dental School on the Bendigo Health campus to support the planned growth in Dental Science and Oral Health Science in coming years.

**_ About the position_**

You will mentor and guide students through their academic journey, providing valuable insights and practical knowledge. Key collaborations with colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in dental education will see you succeed in this role.

**The Lecturer in Dentistry and Oral Health**will contribute to the high-performing teaching teams through the development and delivery of theoretical, pre-clinical and clinical education. They will design and implement engaging online and in-person teaching activities in alignment with the current approach to learning and teaching in the discipline. They will have opportunities to conduct original research or scholarship of learning and teaching, and contribute to ongoing projects through our existing research centres.

**_ To be considered for this position, you will have:_**
- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills, along with clinical and/or academic teaching experience.
- A demonstrated understanding of the Victorian dental public health system
- Demonstrated ability to engage with Research or the Scholarship of Learning and Teaching.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, evidence-based practice and environmental safety.
