JING CHANG & WEN PTY LTD, trading as Noodle Box Osborne Park, is searching for an experienced RETAIL MANAGER to join our team in a full-time position. You will be working at 4/236 Main St, Osborne Park WA 6017.

This position requires the applicant to have a minimum Diploma qualification in this trade and at least one year of relevant experience.

The job requires the applicant to be able to perform the following duties to a high standard:

- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Prepare and control the store’s budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
- Determines product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Maintains records of stock levels and financial transactions

The salary is based on 38 hours per week at $75k to $80k per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.
