We are seeking Deli Assistants for our stores located in **Cammeray** and **Mosman**

We need a person who has a passion for food to join our fun friendly team working on a full-time basis or casual basis. Assisting with the day to day running of the store. Ensuring the Hudson Meats standard is maintained.

The role of the Deli Assistant will provide support to the Store Manager by assisting with production of fresh value-added prepared products. The person in this position will maintain good relationships with both internal employees and external customers & suppliers.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Deli experience and or food knowledge and food preparation is required.
- A passion for food, a highly motivated disposition that thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service & experience exceeding customer expectations.
- An understanding of Store cleanliness and hygiene
- Experience with receipt of goods
- Confident with deli product range
- Technical PC skills
- Strong understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene

We have various shifts available, ranging from 7am to 6.30pm, 7 days a week and we are seeking people to join us either on a full-time or casual basis.
