What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our cold storage warehouse based in Chullora. Working within a fast-paced cold storage environment, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations while upholding our strong commitment to safety, service, and teamwork. This role will be Mon - Fri, 5:00am to 1:30pm, with regular overtime available. Key areas:

- Safely load and unload palletised freight from trucks and containers
- Execute general warehouse and storeperson duties as required
- Accurately pick, stage, and replenish stock in cold storage conditions
- Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and fellow team members
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Adhere to Linfox Safety Standards and contribute to our Vision Zero safety culture

Are you the one?

We are looking for experienced forklift drivers with high reach experience (up to 6 racks high) who are self motivated and have a drive for safety. You can demonstrate:

- A current and valid LF Forklift Licence - essential (high reach experience is preferred)
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a cold storage or similar warehouse environment is preferred
- Proven ability to follow safe work practices and standard operating procedures
- A proactive and reliable work ethic with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
