Our client, a disability services company based in North Shore Sydney area, is currently looking for an Billing Officer to start asap.
**The Company**
**The Role**
- Creating and issuing a high volume of customer invoices
- Receiving and allocating payments
- Follow up on requests on credits approval
- Assisting with billing system and process improvement
- Data entry of billing information
- Credit Notes
- Resolving Billing Issues
- Processing Claims
- Reconciliations
- Providing ad-hoc support for month end closing
**Your Profile**
- Minimum 1 year experience in billings
- Proven experience working on high volume invoicing and full function AR
- Strong Excel skills
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A high level of speed and accuracy
