We are looking for an Experienced Fleet Allocator for an ongoing Role.

This Role is currently is available immediately for the 10am shift. We are looking for people who are reliable

**Role responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Allocating jobs to drivers via a digital transport management system.
- Ensuring driver runs are well-planned to maintain the fleet's operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Supporting other operations team members in managing the day-to-day challenges faced by the fleet.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- A strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent multitasking skills and planning abilities with an eye for detail.
- The ability to effectively converse with a diverse range of people.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A sound knowledge of Melbourne Metropolitan.
- The ability to work and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to upholding safety and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar position is required.

**Licenses**:

- Forklift license (not required but is an advantage)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
