**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As Store Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Area Manager and you will be responsible for driving sales results for you business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Creating a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support.
- Ensuring all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey.
- Analysis of sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products.
- Recruitment, performance and career development of your team.
- Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives.
- Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
Other than having a passion for the brand, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager that is a strong team leader, has proven sales results and a passion for leading and building high performaing teams. Additionally, you will possess:
- Previous retail management experience, ideally within a lifestyle and action sport brand
- Unparalleled passion and skill for creating moments that matter with your customers
- Proven experience in driving teams to success and hitting KPIs
- Ability to identify, recruit and train exceptional retail staff at all levels
- A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and managing operational costs e.g. wages
- Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your own career in retail
