Heatherbrae Shortbreads is a family owned and operated shortbread and biscuit business located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

We are searching for a hardworking and dedicated new employee to join our team of process workers for our afternoon shift.

As a process worker you will play an important role in our food manufacturing business in ensuring the packing and production tasks are completed in timely and efficient manners.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- A knowledge and understanding of OH&S.
- A knowledge and understanding of Manual Handling Practices.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Carry out production tasks in a fast and timely manner.
- Safe food handling practices
- Experience following instructions and procedures.

**About you**:

- Great attention to detail.
- Can do attitude
- The ability to work in a fast - paced environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- The ability to maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- The ability to lift up to 20kgs when necessary.
- Willingness to work the afternoon shift.
- Previous work as a process worker is ideal but not necessary.
