**Introduction**:
Capital Region Community Services (CRCS) is looking for a dedicated Nominated Supervisor to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program at Charnwood-Dunlop School.

As the Nominated Supervisor, you'll be the heart of our OSHC program - managing daily operations, inspiring a team of educators, and creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where children can thrive. **To be successful in this role you will need to have**:
- Minimum Diploma qualification or higher in Early Education and Care, along with experience in similar capacity.
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community each day
- A genuine passion for and interest in working with children and families.
- Ability to build capacity and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Regulatory Framework.
**Responsibilities**:

- Be a key contributor to delivering wonderful moments.
- Demonstrate the understanding of NQF standards, demonstrate professional boundaries and assist others with ethical dilemmas.
- Actively and positively works to resolve operational, interpersonal and family concerns for the Educational and Care Service.
- Establish and maintain respectful collaborative partnerships with families to assess and support children’s learning and wellbeing needs.
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
**CRCS also requires all employees to**:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position.
