**About the Role**

Pioneer Water Tanks is seeking a reliable and hardworking Process Worker to join our water tank manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will carry out routine production tasks, operate machinery, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure a clean, safe workspace. You will work to deadlines, follow strict safety procedures, assist with equipment maintenance, and support overall production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure machines are kept in good working order;
- Work to deadlines and follow strict safety guidelines;
- Maintain all product inventory and keep it up to date;
- Operate a variety of devices and equipment;
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor;
- Coordinating equipment maintenance and repair;
- Pack and, when necessary, repack items;
- Prepare and maintain records and reports about production;
- Prepare and process orders for delivery;
- Resolve any production quality issues and inform the appropriate supervisors;Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.

**Skills and Experience**
- Current Drivers Licence;
- Previous experience in a similar position or industry;
- Highly responsive to changing priorities through quick decision making;
- Ability to work competently under pressure and lead by example;Understand and uphold the Pioneer Water Tanks cultural expectations.
