**About the team**:
Coles Financial Services is building the future of financial services for Australians. Our team is proactive, passionate and future-focused. And we’re backed by some of the industry’s biggest names. Together, we provide leading insurance, credit card and lending solutions for our customers.

**About the role**:
As a Product Owner within the payments team you will responsible for supporting the product strategy and roadmap and play a key role in overseeing customer user journeys.

You will also:

- Facilitation and delivery of projects related to the product by accurately defining the requirements, the process improvements, the customer journey and supporting the project team to ensure successful delivery of the initiatives.
- Support the product both from BAU (and the current operations) and represent as an SME to drive new initiatives.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog to drive success of the Product
- Support the broader delivery team in ensuring that regulatory and compliance mandates required for the product are met.
- Be a primary communicator and link between stakeholders and team

***About you and your skills**:
You’ll need:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience managing complex key relationships with senior leaders
- Knowledge or experience in the ability to understand the customer and map customer led journeys across different digital channels
- Strong experience in project management framework (ideally Agile) with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, output focused environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience of transaction acquiring and payment services.
- Experience as a senior business analyst within financial services
