Architectural Draftsperson

General responsibilities:

- Preparing documentation packages for tender and construction
- 3D Modelling with Revit
- 3D Rendering for visualisation
- Assisting the Architects with design revisions
- Liaising with consultants, clients and builders
- Attending site visits for inspections and building measurements

Required experience, skills & education:

- Completed Degree in Architectural Drafting
- Minimum six year’s architectural drafting experience
- Experience working in regional Australia
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven design and drafting skills
- A high degree of Revit skills
- Demonstrated skills in developing BIM’s
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Good understanding of the BCA and applicable Australian Standards and Codes
- Mathematical skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise
- Proven problem solving ability
- Must be creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a good team player

Pay: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Bachelor Degree (required)

- architectural drafting: 6 years (preferred)
