**The Role**

At YHI POWER, we aim to provide growth and opportunities for our employees. A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced and well-organized All Rounder to join our WA branch on a full-time basis ( Monday to Friday).

**Core Responsibilities**

Reporting to WA State Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office/ warehouse day-to-day operations.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Daily order process and customer service.
- Provide effective administration / sales support to functional areas across the business
- Picking/packing/ dispatching orders to ensure the accurate and on time delivery
- Regularly review the workflow in the office/ warehouse for areas of improvement
- Load and unload containers and batteries
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Drive and conduct the monthly stock take /reconciliation
- Cooperate with Sales Reps to solve the issues and disputes
- Well maintain office/warehouse records, design filing systems and ensure these systems are up to date
- Ensure that there is adequate supply of stationery and equipment in office and warehouse.
- Adhering to work health and safety procedure

**To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess the following**:

- A current driver’s licence and forklift licence
- Happy to work in a physically demanding role as **heavy battery lifting** is involved on daily work.
- A passion for excellent customer service
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong experience managing ad-hoc requests, handling multiple projects at once
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Agree the statement of “No task too small or too big”
- Dependable and reliable
- Solution orientated

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
