**About the Role**
As a member of the Payroll team, the Payroll Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll data for their employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and process fortnightly payroll calculations and timesheets for new starters, leave, salary changes, pay adjustments, and more using the payroll software Chris21.
- Ensure all payroll changes are accurate, timely, and compliant with the terms and conditions of employment, following relevant legislative provisions like Awards and union agreements.
- Ensure compliance and timely processing of PAYG, STP, Payroll Tax, and superannuation.
- Assist in the reconciliation of payroll-related General Ledger accounts for Monthly and Quarterly BSR submission.
- Be responsive to all payroll inquiries, providing excellent customer service to employees and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll tasks.
