**Job Title**: Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager

We are a growing marketing company dedicated to helping businesses build strong online presences. We manage social media accounts across multiple industries, developing creative strategies and producing engaging content that drives growth.

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining social media accounts for clients, developing high-quality content across platforms, and ensuring consistent branding and engagement. You will balance creativity with organization, managing multiple accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, set up, and manage social media accounts for clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop tailored social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand voice
- Produce and publish high-quality content (graphics, captions, short-form videos, stories, reels, posts)
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages on behalf of clients
- Track analytics and provide insights/reports on performance to optimize growth
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Work collaboratively with clients and the internal team to ensure content consistency and client satisfaction

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (personal or professional)
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, copywriting, basic video editing)
- Knowledge of current trends and platform algorithms
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva) is a plus

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
