**The Client**

Our client provides investment banking services to the infrastructure, energy and renewables across Australia. Currently, an Investment Banking Analyst is sought to join its team in either Melbourne or Sydney.

**The Opportunity**

The Analyst provides a mix of qualitative and quantitative support to a raft of advisory transactions spanning project finance advisory, greenfield projects development advisory, acquisitions, divestments and other ad-hoc advisory projects to name a few.

As an Analyst, you'd be responsible for the development of complex financial models to support acquisition, divestment, bid development and capital raising activities, supporting the review and development of commercial contracts and undertaking a variety of other workstreams associated with infrastructure transactions.

**Required Skills & Experience**

You are a strong communicator who brings high levels of attention to detail, coupled to a curious mind. You will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels - project managing multiple parties to influence and deliver positive outcomes.

You have prior experience developing complex financial models for capital intensive brown and greenfield projects, potentially looking to step into a team that provides a broader advisory offering, utilising your modelling experience as a platform to broaden your skillset.
