**THE ROLE**

**We are searching for a talented Office Media Assistant to join our fun, talented and dynamic team, and fuel our digital media presence.**

From content creation, website management and curation, to digital marketing production, you’ll get your hands on an array of digital media products.

**Venturing into the Digital Media Space -** We are expanding and focussing on producing digital media for the hospo industry; hence we are on the hunt for a talented individual who will help us.

**This is an in-office position, 2-3 days in our St. Kilda office, 9:30am - 4:30pm**
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

**An Office All-Rounder & Support** - As an office media assistant, you will provide support to the HCS Content Team. For example, You would be helping out with building listings on the website, tagging along filming and photographing media content for venues, and contributing to our pool of many creative ideas and endeavours.

**Collaboration**:

- You will work directly with the Head of Digital, supporting them with their workload and to help produce content for HCS’ brand, social media and the website.

**Media Ideation, Creation & Curation**:We are after a Media Practitioner who does it all - **writing**, **design**, **photo**, **video**, and **website management**.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- **Exceptional Attention to Detail -** dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s, you are detailed oriented an don’t miss the beat when it comes to the finer details.
- **All-Round Media Creative -** Has an all-round media knowledge (photo, video, design and written content). Are you confident around Adobe Creative Suite?
- **A Team Player - **an individual who listens to team mates, collaborates, and someone who isn’t afraid to offer their ideas and opinions.
- **Pro-activeness, Enthusiastic and Intuitive -** a passionate individual who thinks about the big picture and anticipates a move more than one step ahead. As bits and bops pop up, you have the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize your workflow.
- **Time Conscious -** Not only do you complete tasks at a great working pace that hit those deadlines, but you do so whilst maintaining a high-quality standard.
