About the RoleThe Brisbane South Palliative Care Collaborative (BSPCC) is the education, service development and research arm of the Metro South Palliative Care Service. The BSPCC aims to progress best-practice palliative care by implementing quality improvement programs, delivering evidence-based palliative care education, training and resources, and developing inter-sectoral palliative care research programs.

**Some key responsibilities of this role include**: - Advanced level administration and operational management of BSPCC business processes. Manage staffing and recruitment for BSPCC initiatives. Financial management, monitoring and reporting for multiple cost centres and budgets from multiple funding sources. Lead business planning, implementation, coordination, and review of BSPCC initiatives. Prepare submissions, business cases, and responses to issues related to BSPCC initiatives. Represent the Collaborative at a senior level on relevant committees in Metro South Health and externally inclusive of meetings and forums.
