We have an exciting opportunity to join our CCEP Manufacturing team as a **Technical Trainer**

As a technical trainer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of training across the manufacturing site, to ensure a great learning experience for our people on site.

**The Role**:
The **Technical Trainer** is a **newly created permanent role** that will report directly to our Manufacturing Improvement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of training across the manufacturing site, working closely with line trainers, buddies and the Learning & Development consultant to ensure a great learning experience for our people on site.

The Technical Trainer will partner with our Manufacturing site leaders and the National Learning & Development teams to deliver learning aligned to the requirements of the needs of our operators in the manufacturing site. You will have a continuous improvement mindset, finding ways to improve the learning experience of our front line.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Partner with manufacturing site teams and the L&D Consultant to establish prioritised learning cohorts, building a targeted learning plan for team members on site
- Build and deliver the site technical training plan in conjunction with managers and the Learning & Development team.
- Planning, organising, and defining objectives for successful training outcomes for site team members.
- Build the capability of the site trainers and buddies to ensure consistency of learning experience for team members.
- Delivery of technical training prioritised by site training plans to ensure consistent standard of learning
- Ensuring training deliverables and commitments are met with a high level of quality and team members are engaged in the process.
- Ensuring concise, consistent communications with line management reporting on training status, deliverables, and commitments.
- Auditing and reviewing technical training material in partnership with L&D and Production Managers.
- Working closely with the Technical Writer to support the process of developing and updating technical training materials.
- Ensuring that all new starters participate in and complete a structured induction experience that enables them to safely produce and transport quality products from our manufacturing lines and syrup rooms.
- Supporting the Team Leaders and Production Managers to ensure on the job training is delivered
- Assisting with the development for apprentices

**About You**:

- Two or more years of experience in a training role
- Experience in delivery of training and in working to improve learning experience and refinement of content
- Ability to translate technical concepts and make them easily understandable and explainable through delivery of training
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative, organise and prioritise work
- Ability to work in a team
- Already hold or working towards achieving a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or similar qualification
