**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:

- The Lead Developer is responsible for the development and quality of solutions or services delivered to our clients
- Champion Microsoft methodologies and frameworks and assist in the technical development of team members through the provision of guidance, support, mentoring and leadership
- Research, design, document and modify software specifications throughout the production lifecycle

**Let's talk about your capability and experience**:

- Be a specialist and have solid, proven technical experience in D365 F&O solutions
- Experience in the software development lifecycle, including developing and testing of modifications and working on implementation projects
- Full understanding of Dynamics F&O/AX development: X++ and an understanding of D365 F&O architecture
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with onshore and offshore colleagues and clients
- Ability to work within a complex and agile consultancy environment
