Jesmond Executive villas in Jesmond Newcastle have vacancies for multiple Room Attendants/Hotel Cleaning positions. AGE IS NO BARRIER.

**THE ROLE**
- The successful applicants will require some hotel experience, or age care cleaning, or AirBNB, or commercial cleaning as this is a fast-paced industry and will require good time management. Employees are required to work a rotating weekend, or both weekends if they would prefer.
- Our rooms consist of hotel rooms, and off-site AirBNB properties. A company car will be provided when available.
- General housekeeping duties ensure that the rooms and common areas are clean, tidy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience for motel guests.
- Cleaning and servicing rooms - making beds, dusting vacuuming mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing toiletries and towels.
- Changing linens
- Restocking supplies: towels, shampoo, soap, tea, coffee, sugar
- Cleaning common areas, removing rubbish
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

**KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Living in Australia and available in the Newcastle area
- Current drivers licence
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work independently
- Experienced (see above)
- Good communication skills - able to understand instructions
