**About the Centre**

RecWest YMCA has it's community at the front of its mind. It manages two facilities within Maribyrnong City Council, RecWest Braybrook and RecWest Footscray. RecWest Braybrook is host to a four-court stadium specialising in community hire needs and programming to a diverse population, RecWest Footscray has a Health Club and community spaces to provide services to all.

**About the role**

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading our Group Fitness Classes with a wide range of clients. You must have exceptional communication skills to effectively inform and demonstrate the benefits of participating in our classes. You must also be organised to ensure that our classes run smoothly and efficiently.

We pride ourselves on our supportive and energetic environment and we are looking for an instructor who can bring their own positive energy to our team. If you are ready to inspire and motivate others to achieve their fitness goals, then we want to hear from you.

**About you**

You will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness. You will possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of clients during our classes.

Above all, you will be a team player who can bring your own positive energy and enthusiasm to our team.

**Essential Qualifications**
- Fitness Instructor Certificate and GEL OR Certificate III OR IV in Fitness
- Maintain current AUSactive registration
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
