Temporary role with the potential to go permanent

Hays have partnered with a West Australia-owned business to find a Logistics & Transport Coordinator to manage all transport, asset maintenance and remote facility requirements. This role will commence in a temporary capacity with the potential to leading into a permanent role.

**What you will be required to do**:

- Managing overall performance of transport activities
- Develop, review, and recommend driver sub-contractor supplier terms and conditions for approval
- Ensure effective and efficient internal transport management
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth and performance efficiency
- Manage asset movements between sites using the internal transport solutions
- Ensure a compliant vehicle and equipment maintenance program

**What you need to succeed**:

- Minimum 'C' Class Drivers licence
- Extensive 5 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Extensive experience in the mining and resources sector
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of materials management systems
