This ASM position is Part-Time with (up to) 37 hours per week. You must be available SUNDAY & MONDAY to be suitable for this position.

**About the role**:

- People management: leading, coaching, developing, motivating and succession planning a high performing team
- Financial management: drive store profitability through budget and KPI performance along with wage control and minimising shrinkage
- Inventory management: high volume stock control, visual merchandising and store presentation
- Operations management: administrative tasks and stocktake

**To be successful you will need**:

- Previous assistant store management or supervisor experience with a proven ability to lead high performing sales teams
- The ability, and passion to motivate, inspire and engage team members in a fast paced environment
- Experience in a high volume stock environment with superior organisational and time management skills
- Be a true brand ambassador and display this through your attitude, performance and personal presentation
