**The Role**
Schoolola Tutoring is seeking passionate and experienced **English Teachers** to join our growing team for **casual and part-time tutoring positions commencing in Q4**. We are looking for educators who can inspire a love of learning, adapt to individual student needs, and deliver engaging lessons that help learners reach their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver engaging English tutoring sessions for students from **Prep to Grade 6**.
- Teach using the **books, resources, and curriculum provided by Schoolola Tutoring** to ensure consistency and quality of learning.
- Support students in developing core skills in reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and communication.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students requiring additional support or extension.
- Foster student confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.
- Track and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and Schoolola staff to maintain high-quality learning outcomes.

**About You**
- Relevant teaching/tutoring experience in English (Prep to Grade 6 preferred).
- Suitable teaching qualifications (Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field; teaching registration highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A caring, contemporary approach to education with the ability to motivate and support learners.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative tutoring team.
- A valid **Working With Children Check** (mandatory) and preferably a current **First Aid certificate**.
