**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Director and General Manager.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including board members, contractors, and visiting artists.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Organise and manage meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on actions.
- Cultivate positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and collaborators.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
