Due to our continued growth, BUSY Ability is seeking an Employment Consultant to identify and develop relationships with clients and employers focusing on securing successful job placements

**A bit about you...**
Our organisation delivers Disability Employment Service (DES) contracts on behalf of the Federal Government to find suitable and sustainable employment for our customers across our footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, working with customers to increase their readiness to sustain employment, upskill and retrain them and create opportunities for them via referrals and direct marketing to local employers. You will also be responsible of providing quality Post Placement Support to support our customers in employment.

This is a full time position, based in Tweed Heads.

**A bit about your experience and quals**
If you have strong caseload management skills and ability to build meaningful and positive relationships; the proven ability to generate placement leads resulting in sustainable employment outcomes for disadvantaged clients; the ability to manage and develop a large portfolio of job ready clients; demonstrated experience in building collaborative client partnerships through ongoing coaching, mentoring, support and effective case management; strong business development and networking skills with the capability to support the development of new business initiatives; experience in or knowledge of Employment Services and/or the Disability Sector and above all, your values align with ours - we highly recommend you visit:
