**Personal Assistant**
**The Royal Melbourne Hospital - Mental Health Services (RMH MHS)**
- Full time ongoing position - 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO, flexible working considered.

The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) is one of Victoria’s largest healthcare providers and one of two state-wide adult trauma centres. The RMH Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (RMH MHS) provides caring and high-quality specialist community and hospital-based mental health services for adults and older adults who experience a serious mental illness. We are committed to working with consumers during their recovery by offering evidence-based therapy, which is inclusive of family, carers and kin and provided by skilled staff.
**Your new role**:
- Assist the overall coordination of management activities for RMH MHS senior leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Provide recruitment support in consultation with our Support Services partners.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team providing great customer service.
**About you**:
- You have administrative experience at a senior level.
- You demonstrate well-developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
- You have strong IT skills and are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- You work well as part of a team.
