**About the role**

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking for a meaningful role working with children?Join the team at Connect Learning After School as the OSHC Coordinator at Perth Waldorf School in Bibra Lake, WA. This part-time role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the OSHC program and providing engaging, educational activities for the students.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a unique small service with a maximum of 20 children, inspired by Rudolf Steiner’s theories of education. Foster creativity and joy within a homey room set in the beautiful natural space of the school.

**What you'll be doing**
- Split shifts over the hours of 7:00am - 9:00am and 1.00pm - 6.00pm
- Minimum of 20/30 hours - 3 or 4 day week available
- Coordinating the OSHC program to ensure it meets all regulatory requirements and provides a high-quality care environment
- Planning and implementing a diverse range of fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities for students
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community
- Supervising and supporting a small team of OSHC educators
- Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Communicating effectively and directly with management, families and the school leadership team

**What we're looking for**
- Relevant qualification in Childcare, Education, or a related field. Please Refer to**:Check your qualification is NQF approved | ACECQA**:

- Extensive experience working in an OSHC or similar children's services environment
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging program activities
- Enthusiastic, driven and dedicated leader
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and other relevant regulations
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certificates
- Working with Children Check
- Willingness to learn and incorporate the Steiner Philosophy
