**About the role**
- The Retail Marketing Lead is a key leader in the overall marketing team and broader Cashrewards business responsible for creating exciting initiatives that drive member engagement (active users and frequency), deliver on merchant objectives and ensures that every shop starts with Cashrewards

**Your Focus**:

- Set the strategic direction to deliver on Cashrewards being a shopping destination, making everyday more rewarding for our shoppers, merchants and partners
- Responsibility for active user, frequency and revenue goals, working closely with the Client Services team to achieve success
- Deliver merchant marketing campaigns including joint venture business plans and tactical executions to meet merchant objectives
- Manage a high performance team of five consisting of four Retail Marketing Managers who are responsible for the end to end project management of each campaign including reporting and a Marketing Coordinator to support the team

- A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership to influence, negotiate, gain support, resolve conflict and gain alignment across stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact and lead others in a variety of settings.
- Sound project management skills are important, along with the ability to manage timelines, budgets and project documentation.
- A strong desire to execute, drive impact and demonstrate urgency.
