**About the role**

Immediate start available for multiple Support Workers in the Hawkesbury, Nepean, Blacktown and Hills District to support clients with:

- Personal care
- Community access
- Light household cleaning
- Meal preparation
- Social support
- Shopping
- Transportation
- Medication Administration

We have multiple roles available within Home Care, Group Home and Day Centre positions available all over Sydney, with a range of low and complex care clients.

**Your Skills and Experience**

To be successful in the role, you will require the following:

- Previous experience working as support work or similar
- Covid-19 Vaccination (2 x shots and booster)
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle.
