**Best&Less** has an opportunity for a **Part-time Team Member **to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Gosford store. The position is for minimum 12 hours per week with the ability to flex up when required

As an integral member of the Watergardens ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member your role will include**:

- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member you are recognised as someone who has**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in retail & Merchandising
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Desire to develop your career in retail
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest
