**JOB TITLE**:Tennis Coach

**JOB TYPE**:Full time.

**LOCATION**:Eastern Suburbs, Sydney NSW.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performing tennis coaching duties
- Training and instructing students
- Analysis of student performance and instruction to improve abilities
- Advising on strategies to win matches
- Monitoring match performance with a view to suggesting improvements matched to advancing skill level
- Squad training, match play, inter age group/team competitions
- Supervision of practice and advising on drills
- Interacting with other coaching staff to ensure consistency of approach
- Helps set up of equipment and courts each day and pack down at days end.
- Will be required to conduct tennis holiday programs
- Is flexible in job role and willing to assist in all other duties, within reason, as requested by your manager according to training you have been given.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a qualified Level 2 (or above) Tennis Coach under either the ATPCA or TA Coaching schemes or equivalent overseas organization.
- Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children clearance

**Experience**:

- 3 years tennis coaching experience across a range from beginners to adults.
- Experience in organizing tennis tournaments

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good organizational skills
- Punctual
- Well mannered
- Awareness of private school requirements and duty of care
- Flexible and able to work in with other sports
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective working relationships.
- Able to work on own initiative and follow verbal and written instructions.

- Represent Amanda Tobin Tennis Pty Ltd in a professional manner
- Deliver high levels of student and parent satisfaction
- Liaise with parents of students and other sports department employees professionally at all times
- Always present well, be well groomed, clean uniform at all times

**SALARY PACKAGE**:

- **$73,150 (+ super) **minimum

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
