Safety Advisor

We are looking for an experienced **safety professional**to join our team on a **10 month contract**based out of Underdale, SA **.**As a Safety Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders across one of our upcoming projects. This dynamic role will have a mix exposure to site-based and office with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Certificate 3 Work Health and Safety minimum.
- Minimum two years experience as a Health and Safety Advisor, ideally within the civil road maintenance, construction or heavy industrial space.
- Quality / Safety Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).
- ICAM Lead Incident Investigation (desirable).
- Experience conducting audits and preparation of corrective actions and reports.
- Undertaken high level incident investigations.
- Ability to positively influence change and communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders.
- High level of problem solving with the ability to professionally navigate complex situations.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
