**About the Position**
The successful applicant will join the Partnerships Innovation Team, focusing on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including**:International Partnerships, Domestic Integrated Clinical Placements and Research.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct and support engagement and negotiations with international and domestic partners.
- Assist in the piloting and evaluation of international and local hospital integrated clinical placements.
- Assist in the prepare business proposals, risk management plans, and associated supporting documents.
- Guide professional staff to ensure effective implementation.
- Engage in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
- Build and maintain an institutional knowledge base for future program enhancement.
- Assist with conducting environmental research scans to support evidence-based decision-making for clinical partnerships.
- Assist in the design, piloting, implementation, and evaluation of international and local integrated clinical placements, including data collection and analysis.
- Contribute to drafting reports evidencing progression, findings, and program outcomes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the innovative expansion of clinical training opportunities for medical students, enhancing their exposure to diverse healthcare environments.
**About the person**:
The successful applicant will hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a health-related discipline or possess relevant project experience, ideally gained within a university or clinical setting.
Essential to this role are strong organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and academic staff. An understanding of research methodologies is also important. Additionally, the role requires the ability to undertake both domestic and international travel to fulfil its responsibilities.
Knowledge of, and experience in, contemporary teaching and learning practices, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to the provision of high-quality learning for medical students are desirable.
**Salary details**:
The salary for the position commences at $97,046.45 plus 12% superannuation per annum.
Part time arrangements may be considered.
