Are you a team player with outstanding leadership skills and passionate about all aspects of electrical works? An opportunity to join Ventia’s Motorways and Tunnels team becomes available for a Network Electrical Supervisor.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Network Electrical Supervisor will ensure that the project is delivered within the guidelines of Ventia’s standard business practices and that it meets contractual obligations.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget
- Continuously oversee work, analyse production methods and production performance
- Ensuring subcontractors are managed in an effective and responsive manner to achieve project objectives
- Understanding output requirements and clarifying as appropriate and communicating to team members in a timely manner
- Assessing activities, ensuring a balance between cost and production to meet objectives and time constrictions
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- On-site supervision of sub-contractors ensuring timeliness and quality standards are met
- Communicating with internal clients and team members on a regular basis on progress and issues

**About you**
- Electrical Trade qualifications or equivalent
- HV Operator experience (HV network - switching and maintenance)
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same capacity
- Experience within the Transport or Railway industry an advantage
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Extensive Civil Construction / Road Maintenance / Sign Posting Experience
- Ability to work on planned night shifts as required
- Drivers license required
