Located in vibrant **Pyrmont**, the **Harlequin Inn** is a well-loved venue known for its lively atmosphere, quality service, and long-standing connection with the local community. We're currently looking for an experienced **Gaming Attendant** to join our team - someone who brings professionalism, energy, and a customer-first attitude.. Sound like a good fit? Game on

**A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant**:

- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

What do we need from you

**About you**:

- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
