**Your Role**

This role is responsible for assisting the Head Chef, and Client Floor kitchen team, with occasional additional hours for events on pre-approval.

Your duties include:
- Cleaning and polishing of all dishes, crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils and equipment- Clean and maintain kitchen area, cold room, fridges, store room and to comply with health and safety standards- Undertake food purchases as required- Receive, check produce and unpack and store deliveries appropriately- Basic food preparation; including washing, chopping and storage- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**More About You**

We welcome applicants who have:
- Up to 1 year experience as a kitchenhand- Ability to work professionally at all times in a fast paced, demanding environment- Knife skills and appropriate understanding of WHS- Accuracy and attention to detail- Team player with strong communication skills- Keen interest and desire to learn more about this industry- Must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
