We are currently seeking to employ a **Production Assistant** for a leading window manufacturing company on the Northern Gold Coast.

This position is a day shift with a 6am start. Flexibility with this start time would be required.

**To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria**:

- Be available for an immediate start
- Be able to commit to **Monday to Friday**:

- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling
- Own reliable transport as public transport is not available in this area.
- You must be able to communicate clearly
- Take & follow directions
- Able to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions
- Have full PPE including steel capped boots and Hi Vis shirts
- Motivation is a key factor in the position as these positions could lead to permanent work
