Betty's is continuing to grow with more and more people wanting to be a part of the Betty's experience. We are now seeking fresh people to step into the role of **Back of House Team Member**

**As Back of House Team Member, your role will involve;**
- High standard of food preparation and productivity
- Maintain kitchen presentation and cleanliness.
- A positive attitude and have a passion to learn and grow.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/ weekends
- Ability to work effectively in a large team.
- Exceptional presentation, communication & attention to detail
- Representation of the Betty’s Burgers values: Passion, Authentic, Integrity, Genuine Hospitality, Experiences Worth Sharing.

You will be passionate and proud, have positive energy with a community focus and keen to work within a fast moving and vibrant environment In return, you will work with a fresh and driven team that has a lot of fun along the way
