Sacca’s Fine Foods are a fast growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and great service to the community. We are rapidly expanding our business and opening more stores and refurbing existing stores. We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager.

Reporting to the Store Manager, we would expect you to have strong experience in customer service and leadership to lead the team with confidence. High standards of presentation, ordering, merchandising and strong stock control experience.

Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, ordering, and replenishing displays, product preparation, rostering, team training and development and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

**You will be responsible for**
- Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, merchandising, assisting in leading the team
- Training and developing team members
- Managing and leading a highly competent team
- Ordering and maintaining stock availability
- Rostering and labour control
- Ensuring the store is well maintain and presented at all times
- Assisting the Store Manager in running store to budget including GP and controlling expenses
