You will support the Procurement Portfolio Team Leader in the end to end procurement process of all project related sourcing activities ensuing good procurement outcomes are achieved with value for money.

**Experience and Knowledge that Sets You Apart**

As an experienced ICT Sourcing Specialist, you possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ICT sourcing, encompassing a diverse range of software, hardware, and services. Your expertise extends to utilizing contract precedents and various contract styles to procure ICT goods and services effectively. You have a proven track record in preparing, issuing, recording, and evaluating tender documentation, along with extensive experience in contract management from both the supplier's and customer's perspective.

Your exceptional project management skills enable you to effectively manage scope, time, and cost, ensuring successful outcomes within deadlines. Your comprehensive understanding of Commercial and Contract Law, coupled with your familiarity with applicable government regulations and legal requirements, ensures compliance and mitigates risk. You have a demonstrated ability to persuade and influence suppliers, customers, senior management, and line managers, fostering strong collaborative relationships.

In this role, you will actively participate in the implementation of our Supply Functional and Strategic Plans, aligning them with our Corporate Business Plan. You will develop leading-edge sourcing strategies that optimize outcomes, providing procurement options and recommendations based on a deep understanding of the supply market and business needs. By delivering "best value for money spent" outcomes, you will exemplify good governance and adherence to the Queensland Procurement Policy.

Your adept management of sourcing activities and supply market risks will ensure the achievement of "best value for money" outcomes, while maintaining the highest standards of governance and consistency. Leading the development of procurement plans for capital and operational projects, you will negotiate directly with key stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors during the tender process and effectively manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Your expertise will be sought at our operational sites, collaborating with site-based stakeholders as required. Upholding our organization's values and behaviors, you will champion ethical decision-making and coach others to demonstrate acceptable behaviors when appropriate. You will also provide commercial and procurement assistance to stakeholders, supporting them throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
