**About the role**

It’s an exciting stage of growth, and we’re looking for an experienced Claims Specialists that will manage, engage and build long lasting relationships with our insurance partners, customers, and repairers; consciously focusing on the areas in which need more coverage as we increase our client base.
As a Claims Specialist you’ll act as our internal & external expert from lodgement through to resolution - effortlessly making sure all our partners have an exceptional experience with the DingGo platform.

**You will also**:

- Actively monitor and control the claim process
- Manage and oversee our day to day recoveries, demands and total losses, along with facilitating escalations through our partner assessor Tapanda
- You will be the point of escalation for the operations team on all insurance matters
- Aid all customer inquiries and help requests, looking for themes and trends so we can continue to refine our offering
- Assist the business with any other operational or support needs, we are a start-up which means its all hands on deck, and roles often change and grow

**What you’ll bring**
- You have a customer-first mindset and well developed experience in the insurance industry
- You are energised by the idea of working with an early-stage technology business and evolving product. Experience in the motor industry would help too.
- You are a natural collaborator and communicator. We strive to provide stress free car repairs. You should too.
- You get things done. You can manage numerous tasks simultaneously, with the flexibility to adapt and pivot.
- Strong team skills and emotional maturity, with the proven ability for independent work and self-teaching. While we’re a fast moving business, you’ll also have an appreciation of traditional businesses and different demographics.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rhodes, NSW 2138: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- motor insurance claims (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
